What's the difference between the audit and the Fix-It Sprint?
The Crawl Clinic Audit tells you exactly what's wrong and how to fix it. Your developer does the work. In the Fix-It Sprint, we do the fixing ourselves and then re-crawl to verify it.
Do you need admin access to my site?
Not for the audit. We only need the URL, plus Search Console access if you can share it. To implement fixes, we need a WordPress admin or editor account, and we take a full backup before changing anything.
Do you work on sites that aren't WordPress?
The audit works on any website. Implementation is fastest on WordPress (including Elementor and WooCommerce). For Shopify, Wix or custom builds, message us first.
My site was hacked. Is the recovery package enough?
It covers the SEO side: finding and removing injected spam, cleaning spam URLs out of Google, and reviewing admin accounts and backdoors. If the server itself is compromised, we'll tell you and recommend involving your host as well.
Will fixing technical issues improve my rankings?
Technical fixes remove what's holding pages back. They don't replace content or links. Sites with serious issues (index bloat, missing H1s, injected spam) often see movement once those are fixed, but no honest agency can promise specific rankings.
